Promotion" In Effort Increase Member

KPRI
Guru Cimalaka is one of the Functional Cooperation whose
members are teachers. The
cooperative was established on November
10, 1989, and has obtained the legal status
of cooperatives with a number 153/BH/KWK-10/13. In 1997, exactly on 29 September 1997 Date of any change of
legal entity number to number 153/BH/PAD/KWK-10/IX/1997. KPRI Guru Cimalaka running
a business (single
purpose) in the savings
and loan, named USP (Unit Simpan Pinjam).
Based on
survey results and identification in the field, there are still some problems
that exist in the USP, such as the decline in the participation of members'
savings in the cooperative store, thought because a lack of confidence is still
members of the cooperative's skill in handling the deposit money in a
cooperative. While the decline in the participation of
members in borrowing presumably
related to the services provided to
members as a borrower,
such as the rate
of interest (free loan) higher credit limit does
not comply with the required procedures
are cumbersome and time of
disbursement for a long time.
The purpose
of this study to identify issues regarding the implementation of saving and
loan services offered by KPRI Guru Cimalaka in connection with the program
"Promotion Members", the responses and expectations of members of the
services offered by the savings and loan, savings and loan services are offered
to support the program "Members Promotion ", and what efforts should
be made KPRI Guru Cimalaka to increase the participation of members in the use
of saving and loan services. The method
used is Case
study methods (case
study) by convenience sampling technique. Data
collected from questionnaires
and interviews with respondents and informants
processed through descriptive data analysis using a scoring method
to develop a cartesius
diagram technique.
The results of these analyzes indicate
that the elements of saving and loan
services offered by KPRI Guru Cimalaka,
almost all elements of the service offered is
appropriate according to the assessment of a member unless
the transaction records of
service elements including
quite fit the
criteria. Responses and expectations of members of the service elements
that have prioritized
the services of
employees, hours of cooperative
work and recording
transactions. Then based on analysis
of previous data shows that
so far the service has to offer enough support
KPRI Guru Cimalaka
"promotion members".
Efforts should be made to apply Cimalaka KPRI Guru
"promotion members" through the elements of his ministry in an effort to increase the participation of members of the cooperative employees
come in on time
service offices, serving members with full responsibility,
additional hours of work and cooperative offices can
use the soft ware
(software) in recording transactions and administrative offices.
